Terms of service

Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms apply when you use https://3dprint.codeshare.co.in and order from Moment Minis.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your photos

Only upload photos you have the right to use, of people who agree to be made into a figurine. Don't upload photos of minors without their parent's consent, or content that is offensive or illegal. We may refuse any design.

You keep all rights to your photos. You allow us to process them, and to share them with our AI service providers, only to make your figurine picture, 3D model and print.

Free previews

Each account gets 3 free figurine pictures. Pictures are made by AI and may not be perfect likenesses.

Orders and price

The price is ₹2,500 per figurine, including taxes where applicable and delivery in India. Payment is taken by Razorpay. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Making your figurine

After payment we make a 3D model from your chosen picture. You can view it, ask for one free redo, and approve it. Once approved we print and hand-paint it. Small differences from the screen are normal for a handmade item.

Cancellations and refunds

See our cancellation and refund policy.

Liability

Figurines are decorative and not toys for small children. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
