Every Moment Minis figurine is made to order from your own photo, so the following applies:

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment, because we start building your 3D model straight away.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds after payment, including if you change your mind. Before you pay you can see your figurine picture for free, and after you pay you can view the 3D model and ask for one free redo before approving it for printing.

Damaged or wrong item

If your figurine arrives broken, or is not the design you approved, send us an unboxing photo or video within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We will reprint and reship it free of charge.

Hand-painted finish

Figurines are painted by hand. Small differences in colour and detail from the on-screen picture and 3D model are part of a handmade item and are not a defect.
