Questions
Which photos work best?
A clear photo where you can see everyone's face and outfit. Up to 3 or 4 people works well. Sitting together, holding hands or a hug all work.
How long does it take?
The 3D model is ready a few minutes after you order. Printing and painting take 5 to 7 days, then delivery takes 3 to 6 days.
Can I change the figurine?
Before you order, try another photo or add a note like "add our dog". After you order, you get one free redo of the 3D model before you approve it.
Can I get a refund?
Each figurine is made just for you, so there are no refunds after payment. If it arrives damaged, we reprint it free. Read the refund policy.
What happens to my photo?
We use it only to make your figurine. It is never shown publicly. Read the privacy policy.
